For a year now, 3t creative have been the preferred provider of web services to commercial property giant, 'SEGRO'. During this time, we have been charged with building the many sites required to fit with the new brand requirements, after the decision to rebrand from Slough Estates PLC.



A number of sites have been completed on brief and on time, with our favourite being the recently completed Winnersh Triangle site: www.winnershtriangle.co.uk. Working alongside London agency Adventis, we believe that this really is a site that truly reflects the quality of this major business park.

SEGRO Europe

At the start of the year, we were briefed on a large number of sites required for the European property market. These were to show the strength of SEGRO's presence in Europe and the many industrial parks, warehouse and offices available.
With the Euro property showcase 'MIPIM' held in March, 30 nano sites and 8 landing pages, all dual language had to be done and live for this immovable deadline. After a solid period of work on this project, we were proud to complete the required task before the required deadline much to the delight of our client. Haynes Publishing



For a number of years now, we have been delighted to work with the major book publisher, Haynes. 2008 has seen a significant increase in the work required and we've been flat out on ads, flyers, POS, exhibition stands, brochures etc. It's been a fantastic period that has seen us produce in-store material for Halfords stores and WH Smith. The amount of work required for the London International Book Fair was huge and it was a pleasure for Stuart and Dan to visit as guests and see the stand, complete with graphics and the new catalogues being handed out.




 
Quay Accounting

It's always nice to welcome a new client to the company and we are pleased to be working alongside Quay Accounting for all their creative needs.



Initial work has included banner ads and the following web graphics, designed to promote special offers available on the website. Following a successful proposal, we are looking forward to designing their new look website due this Summer. www.quayaccounting.com



Sardinia Hotels Direct

After a very long and successful working relationship with local travel firm, Just Sardinia, we were delighted to be asked to design their new product site, 'Sardinia Hotels Direct'. This latest site is perhaps more direct in approach to the successful main company site but is just as appealing with vivid colour and imagery. The site allows complete freedom for the client to manage and control all content, as well as each hotel having their own log-in so that they too, can control the information on their hotel page.
